Love this video. Maybe take a bottle of water around in your bag everyday, then you won't forget to drink it. I'm trying to lose weight as part of my New Year resolutions. I really need to do regular exercises, and eat healthy. ♥️

Tudor Miller yeah, I do try to take a bottle out with me every day, I know I buy far too many plastic bottles on a day to day basis when I forget my reusable one 😢😢 Baby steps though, I’m getting there, I think!
