Macy's is always great with their decorations but sadly, Times Square is a freaking mess with nothing but tourism junk, no Christmas spirit whatsoever. How is the Christmas spirit where you are? @@BusterGotIt Hi. I find Toronto to be very similar to New York. Yonge and Dundas Square is very similar to time square. A lot of the same stores and a similar layout and feel. As you say, very tourist oriented. I guess every city has its pros and cons. I enjoy the Toronto window displays a lot especially the mechanical windows with toy themes.

Hello Buster. An other success here. Beautiful City and Macy's is the best. What a joy all the toys "we are never to old". In LA there is no Christmas .Barely any lights and hot during the day. Unless you go see special Christmas lights at Night. But always so crowded not fun

When you have no snow and warm weather, it is hard to get in the spirit of it but you can look on the bright side....imagine all those people covered in snow in the North region and can not go out to drive around !!! Maybe you can drive to the state above for a daytrip to get the colder weather and treat yourself to a Christmas feel for at leadt one day or two??? I do miss being in Europe as well but we have to make the most of what we got. 😊

Hi, Buster! Christmas in New York is very festive. It's like a different world, full of colorful decorations and lights. Sometimes New York gets hit by a cold wave and it snows a lot, but I wonder if this year's Christmas season will be mild? Have a happy Christmas!🎄💖☃❄👍

Hu Lapin. New York it has been pretty mild so far! We are expecting Arctic blast from Canada over the weekend. Strange is Friday will be 13 celcius with rain but Saturday and Sunday -7 celcius, Nothern America has been hit with winter frost and blizzard already. Quite strange amd drastic. How's Japan?

@@BusterGotIt Japan will continue to experience cold weather until Christmas. Heavy snow is expected on the Sea of Japan. Areas that do not usually get snow will have a tough time. Hokkaido, where I live, is going to have a blizzard and heavy snowfall.😆😅☃️☃️☃️

Dobry Den, Mike! Thank you very kindly for your words and the time! Macy's at Hearld Square always has incredible decorations but I was totally disappointed in Times Square, nothing about Christmas but flocking tourists! I celebrated the mood anyway and picturing myself in European squares instead and pretend 😁 I then celebrated with a friend at a Korean Restaurant that I normally go to do our own version of Christmas dinner 🍽 haha. Always havw to make the best of it. How are you doing out on the other side of the coast?
