I'm looking forward to the 2022 combination of NYC and Atlantic City videos. What a Treat!🤗. Love the Hudson Yard Mall area and the Highline. The South Street Seaport was a favorite too, up until 2013 my last visit there before the reconstruction. THANKYOU!

When was this video made? I work by Oculus and we went to lunch there often. At Christmas time they had beautiful decorations many differently decorated trees, and the light boxes that changed colors, Santa, plus can sculptures and many ice skaters. In nicer weather the outdoor area was amazing by water and you can walk along the waterfront. That French market had pretty good food and Hudson Eats upstairs we loved Mighty Quins best. Stores pricey there but when you go down escalator there's many stores that are reasonable and it leads you into the Oculus underground that was also nicely decorated at Christmas. At night it would light up and on buildings they'd have different changing lighted pictures, pumpkin for Halloween, Christmas presents at Christmas, ect. The 9-11 museum emotional and the original footprints for those of us who remember that day well. Liberty park there interesting. Eataly in 4 WTC is a must and yummy! New beer garden by Oculus haven't been there in couple years so didn't see it in person.

This was recorded just months before the COVID shutdown (recorded December, shutdown March). You will soon see lots of the places you mentioned in your comment on the channel very soon. Thanks for watching PS!

Nice video as usual! And I'm looking forward to seeing what else you post the rest of this year and in 2022. Keep up the awesome work! Now for a few questions/comments about this video: What year did you record this? I know it obviously has to be pre-Covid since you said it's from the vault and no one is wearing masks. This place looks vaguely familiar to me especially the part where that round staircase is, those fake palm trees and those high round ceilings. What is the proper name for an area like that? Is that called an atrium or something? I don't know, not sure if I'm thinking of the right word but I'm sure you know what I'm trying to say. Is there also a little park area outside overlooking the water with benches and people usually jog and walk their dogs? I went to college not too far from here and think I used to hang out there sometimes during my breaks between classes at college between 2002 and 2006 and even some years after that whenever I would go back and hang in this area of the city but I never knew the name of this place. I was walking around and accidentally discovered it randomly one day and never even knew it existed. Now I know the exact name of it thanks to you and your videos!

Its called an atrium. The palm trees are real. Recorded just when people were beginning to hear about COVID but weren't worried about it. (Filmed Xmas time, COVID hit hard in March.) Thanks Debra!

@@NuYawk Wow! 😯 No way! Those palm trees are real?! I didn't know that. Never knew there were any real palm trees in NYC. You forgot to answer my other question: So is there a park outside near here? As far as Covid ugh yeah I know tell me about it! My birthday is in March and it hit right around that time and ruined it. 🙄😥
