HELL'S KITCHEN, also known as Clinton, is a neighborhood on the West Side of Midtown Manhattan in New York City. It is considered to be bordered by 34th Street (or 41st Street) to the south, 59th Street to the north, Eighth Avenue to the east, and the Hudson River to the west. Until the 1970s, Hell's Kitchen was a bastion of poor and working-class Irish Americans.

Hello Julien, thank you, another good Video. W47th Street/9th Ave looks a little bit like the Street were i'm living, Hamburg-Eppendorf. The Rent for my 2 1/2 Room Appartment 65 qm is ~ 720 € (1€ = 1$) included Energy and Warm Water, Heating. Subway Station (Kellinghusenstraße) 4 Minutes away. The exchange rate € = $ in the Moment is good for Americans who come to Europe, you get more for your Money. Have a nice Weekend. Wolfgang Hamburg Germany
