This is food for thought. I combined the statements from the "Comments" from the chat of a lot of the livestreams and videos and gathered them together in one place. Tell me what you think.

Good 🌄 Freezie the mistratedment of players go way back years but I'll just start with the players since Thibbs. 1. Austin Rivers Kevin Knox Frank Kemba D Rose Evan Obi ect. I fault Leon Rose sitting back and allowing Thibbs to dog put these players and some fans wonder why other teams get better and we don't ❤

Good Afternoon. You are reaching. There are zero bias. The coach is playing the players who can make him win the most games. Fournie and D-Rose were bench because of their defense. Toppin is traded because he is to soft. Reddish Who was one of my favorite player did't see eye to eye with Thibs. Next to go is IQ. He is looking for the bag. It is not happening here in NY. Grimes averages almost 18 points a game when he takes more than 10 shots a game. He is progressing well. There is no preferential treatment.

why diddnt reddish see eye to eye with thibs? rj barrett defence is horrible for the most part of the season why he diddnt get benched? how is it that tibbs couldnt find a rotation spot for reddish but rolled out the red carpet for josh hart? your responses is giving vibes like politics has nothing to do with the state of the team. for once sherwin keep it a stack.

Hey Unc, hope all is well. 2,3 points. Comparing Grimes to RJ isn't being fair to RJ. RJ is a bonafide hooper. Only 3 players in NBA history have scored more before their 23rd birthday. Only 3. Last 10 #1 overall NBA draft picks were teenagers. Spencer Haywood, Darryl Dawkins, lots of young players thru the years, but very few have 5,000 points before turning 23. IMO, RJ is on the cusp of greatness. He averaged over 19 points a game in this years PLAYOFFS, on a team with 2 ball dominate teammates. 6 of 11 games over 20, 1 game at 19. Grimes? 82 regular season games, 11 playoff games, scored 15 or more 17 times, never hitting double figures in the playoffs. Good/great defender, but highly over rated by Knick fans on offence. BTW, 3 players who have more before 23rd birthday; Lebron, KD, Melo. RJ is a keeper!!! Players who Thibs has disrespected supposedly as listed by another commenter, Frank, Knox, Cam, Rivers,Kemba, all are out of the league or looking for minimum deals to hang on somewhere. DRose disrespected by Thibs. Ridiculous!!! Obi? I don't see it. The talk that Obi is on the same level as Randle was and is just nuts. Randle is a top 15 NBA player, All NBA twice last 2 years, which list the top 15. Evan? Once Thibs went all D all the time, Evan was odd man out. Disrespected, NO. Evan asked to stay with Knicks for the rest of the season as his wife gave birth during the season, and Knicks took care of him. He will be dealt shortly. Knicks are close, real close. Game 6, down 2 with the ball, game 7 at the crib to get to ECF, with Julius on a twice sprained ankle that required surgery, we are as close as we've been since 1999. Peace, see you in the chat.

I didn’t compare Grimes & RJ. There is no comparison. I stated slow development of young players

@@BlorangeTears Wasn't really you I was thinking about. Comments and overall talk since end of the season that Grimes is on par with RJ or even a better player like our boy JJ would say. All's good, love the back and forth with yourself and everybody, all Knick fans all the time, just gets to me a little how folks diminish how good RJ and Randle actually are. I do know front office knows. Report that Grimes was in PG13 trade with spare parts Obi and Fournier and Knicks balked when RJ's name came up reinforces that belief. Keep up the good work my friend, peace.

Sometimes I do not understand the Knicks fanbase. Thibs benched Rose/Fournier to give more playing time to Quickley/Grimes/Barrett to develope them. So what is it? Do you guys want Fournier to play last season instead of Grimes? Or Rose instead of Brunson/Quickley? Rose got benched when it was clear that the Knicks will not reach the playoffs. Then they got a true Allstar Level PG and Quickley got the backup role as a 6th man of the year candidate. Can someone please explain how a team can play their veterans and give bigger roles to young players at the same positions? And Toppin was stuck behind a better All NBA level PF (at least in the reg season). Do you want to play Randle 18 minutes and Toppin 30? Same is true for Reddish. On the one hand he was stuck behind Barrett and even Toppin. (Reddish is a 3/4 wing). There was just not enough playing time for those 2. Not to mention that 2 teams now didnt like his attitude. The Hawks wanted to get rid of him and it clearly didnt work with your Knicks as well. And Hart is also a clear upgrade. SO in my opinion the Knicks did the right thing. They saw that there is just no way to play Toppin more, so they traded him to a team that can give him more minutes I actually think that was a very nice thing to do. I think your team needs another 3&D PF as a backup, cause I am not sure Roby is enough. I would actually think about trading Fournier back to Orlando for Jonathan Isaac.. If he can stay healthy, he is exactly what you need. If not, his next season is completely unguaranteed. But other then that, I do not get the scepticism.
