I thought it was cool how that one guy was helping Joe get ready for the press conference. The reaction to Joe’s real answer about Saquon was hilarious..then of course he goes out and answers the questions diplomatically. That scene with then grilling the QBs was cool!

@Copizzle This is what being a "prisoner of the moment" or "living in a vacuum looks and sounds like". The situation with Saquon had been going on for 2 years. They leaped frogged him and paid Daniel Jones (when they didn't have to). The Giants messed up by not picking up Daniel's 5th year option; then when he had a good year they panicked, and started bidding against themselves (because there were no other teams that would have paid that amount) and overpaid him. In those two years Saquon had said over, and over again, that he wanted to be, and remain a Giant. The organization knew what he did for the team, and that he was loyal. Yet they forced him time, and again to " sell" who he is and his value to them. What I heard on the phone from Saquon,, was not someone who was being disrespectful; but someone who was just plain tired of all of the BS. Just because Schoen call him on his day off; doesn't mean that Saquon should be acting as though he is at work. There are people like yourself, who wanted Saquon to beg, and grovel with gratitude. The Giants were acting like Saquon didn't have options. If The Giants made the correct decision by allowing him to go; then why are you @Copizzled so bothered by the decision?

probably one of the main reasons they did this show was to hopefully build fan support for this office so they don't have to fire them after this season. The Giants should have fixed the line over a decade ago. We've had several different lineups that would have been pretty bad ass behind a solid line. They constantly blame the o line for DJs poor performance but just won't fix it. Hopefully they can get some solid talent by the time we finally get a quarterback.
