The Jets did very well in free agency and improved the team but they still need the same thing they needed before free agency only younger ..they need offensive linemen preferably tackle and a wide receiver and of course a QB but they are better than where they were

i think this free agency really shows how all in JD is, which is great, although i am worried about the future of this team after rodgers is gone, we have young talent but everyone’s contract seems to be running out at the same time, so curious how he’ll manage the next few years, assuming he’s still GM. overall though for what we needed i’d give an A- with this free agency

I'm liking how Joe is building now because we do have to capitalize on our 1-2 year Rodgers window, but there are 2 big concerns with the roster. 1) Injuries will be a concern, with the age and injury history of a lot of these guys especially O-Line which may end up being a repeat of last season 2) 2026 will be a bit of a concern cap wise with how much cap we are pushing out with void years and everything. Cap going up may help with this but this is a necessary evil to focus on our window so problem for another day. Overall B+, Joe D did a great job of addressing our obvious needs at OL and WR and also the less obvious need of DL giving us a very balanced and competitive roster and flexibility in the draft. Obviously the injury concern keeps this grade down a bit and overall that is what will determine if this offseason results in a great playoff run or a massive bust of a season and cleaning house on Black Monday.

@josem8672 Higgins was franchise tagged before free agency, so he was never available in free agency. Lamar was never really available either. He was waiting for Jalen Hurts to sign his deal so that he could ask for more. What would you have done for offensive line this off-season?
