Sadly the legendary ride has been sold, I've had many many amazing rides on this machine, it's won my ride of the year and I've got to know Cy really well, Here is some of better footage I've shot of this remarkable ride.
It's going to two wonderful showmen in Thomas and Stacy Harris, They will continue to travel the machine and keep entertaining enthusiasts and the public, just want to wish them all the best.

This is one hell of a beautiful machine - These sort of rides should supplement main Fairgrounds like Blackpool and Theme parks - to supplement their limited no of rides ( around 40 at Chessington) especially on open day and especially when 1 or more of their expensive Roller coasters are out of action

First of all.... A BIG THANK YOU to both Dave & Aaron for taking the time to produce a Tribute Video for the much Beloved 'New York New York'. I first started talking to Cy Abbott in Redhill, Bournemouth, around 5yrs ago after seeing 'New York New York' on a Goose Fair video. Since then, we have become Good Friends & it has given me the opportunity to work on, and fall under the machines Spell. 'New York New York' Is an absolutely STUNNING machine that was taken to its Full Potential by the equally Stunning mirophone work from Cy Abbott. I know, from inside sources, that 'New York New York' WILL be at Christchurch (Barrack Road) This year, with the new owners.. So i will be very interested to see how the Harris's operate it. And Finally.... Just want to wish the Harris's the BEST OF LUCK !! xxxx
