I don't use very large pans. In this case or if I make brownies I used a standard 9 x 13 inch pan. I put this in my regular refrigerator to cool. I do have another fridge in the shed for beer and extra storage. I don't often use that fridge for things like this.

cheesecake is awesome, never tried that topping before but I always use Daisy sour cream its nice and thick and taste much better than store brands. Happy Birthday Rick!!

It was so easy to remove from the pan because of the foil which by way was genius. Everyone and I do mean EVERYONE loved and raved about this cheesecake.
