New York to launch South Fork wind farm - Extended version

New York has an ambitious goal to fight climate change, and it includes the nation's first major offshore wind farms. CBS2's Carolyn Gusoff reports.

This video is fairly typical of the west. Talk , talk and talk before things happen. I prefer the Chinese way. It posts the video only "after" the events, like the biggest offshore wind farm was put into operation or the biggest wind turbine of 16MW has been installed. China in the last three years have installed on average 43 GW wind power installation per year. Apart from the US and Germany no other country in the world has a total national wind power installations exceed what China has installed in one year! China didn't even mention this fact. According to Global Wind Energy Corporation (GWEC) report China was responsible for world’s 50.91% added wind installation of 93.6GW in the year of 2022.
