She addressed the OWNER of that business. There are too many foreigners here with businesses, and they are rude!!! They talk around you in their language, address you hostal and provide poor customer service. This happens in braid shops, nail shops, and beauty supply stores... @@NoFearInLuv I got my hair done in my hometown which is a medium-sized city at an African shop. It was expensive (I'd never paid that much to have my hair done and likely never will gain, but it was my birthday) I got two stand twists and they had two women working on it at the same time. The results were great and the customer service was good. To be honest, I don't think this is just a cultural thing. I think this is how society is in this generation. I got my hair done almost 20 years ago. Everybody has changed, even black shops. They want fast money, little work, and no customer service. Times have changed.

Y’all gotta understand I truly believe that they don’t like us. This is the reason why we gotta start doing our hair ourselves. I’m currently doing my small butt length braids my dang self. It’s taking time but it’s getting done and guess what. The hair costed less than 15$ BOOOYOOOOOW!!! 💥💥💥

I agree! I learned to do a lot of different beauty treatments myself when my daughter went away to college… I was broke AF! But I wasn’t willing to give up my style…so I practiced and practiced until I got it right! Do it yourself ladies…it’s worth the effort, time and money 🤷🏽♀️ but that’s just me 🤷🏽♀️

She right that look a mess but I think she handled it wrong. She should’ve voiced her displeasure, paid, left and never went back. Wrote a bad review and told everyone not to go there. That’s how the service industry works.
@LilithsCosmicLounge15 күн бұрын
Yep!! She is too emotional. Ladies learn to harvest your anger. There is a time and place. No woman or man is worth a case. She should have left and left a bad review then moved on. Staying calm is key. Never go back to someone who messed up your hair. More BW have to learn how to do their own hair and nails. Hope BW have a healing 2025 w/ money blessings ❤

Yeah, she definitely did her dirty!! It's not good at all. SMH!!! It's crazy how she's still in business with that shoddy work! Before the shop, I use to pay my cousin to braid it, but she would make the braids super big in the back and then make them smaller up top, so I started going to the shop and I definitely checked a little while after they started to make sure the braids were to my liking. When I realized the lady was talking about me and all the customers in one shop in her language, I learned how to braid my own and haven't been back to a shop since.
