Let me END this silly comparison - a rugby back sprints and CARRIES a rugby ball with multiple defenders to evade; it's rarely ever a straight line run for rugby players. It would only be fair for Tiaan Whelpton to sprint with a ball in hand and swerve around and through cones. THE END.

Let me clear things up for you, rugby players do sprints with a ball in training and probably get timed from time to time. It about who fastest not who's fastest carrying a ball

@@Palpac WRONG mate, the sport is rugby; which requires a back to run with the ball in HAND on attack - not rugby sprint drill training. Tiaan is just desperate to get the ABs to fund his track meets - what an idiot!
