This is controversial, but I'm sick of people abusing the word "racist" for everything. In a sticky situation? RACIST! Have a minor conflict? RACIST! It's insulting to people who actually underwent racism.

AGREE AND THANK YOU!! 🏆 I walk on egg shells because of everyone’s overly GIGANTIC sensitivity and reading WAY too deep into and about EVERYTHING: •I made a negative comment about a “designers dress” that just happens to be on a black model, suddenly I’m FLOODED with accusations of HATING BLM and the race in general: “Would you like it better on a WHITE model?…” 😳 WTH? •When I disagreed about gender reassignment surgery under age 18 - people swore at me, how I was uneducated and ignorant. 🤐 Two Degrees+absolutely not. •I don’t say the word QUEER, or use Q at the end of LGBT (specifically created as a racial slur) and called a bigot and Last- •I don’t acknowledge the most recent “gender fluidity” terms of “They, Them and Us”* - and received threats, someone replied: “I would seriously hurt you if I had the chance…to show you how YOU hurt US..” 😧 ------ *It was the last straw for me, after yeas of promoting terms that refer to sexual preferences, but have become ALL about sex, and tend to divide rather than unite. It’s now mainly among preteens and teens, but especially loners, during an already confusing time, as so many describe it as “acceptance in the most exclusive popular club” and how it comes w “instant friends” some saying it was the first time they felt “wanted” or “BELONGED”. They are simply too immature to fully appreciate the meanings. (Studies prove our Brains are still growing till well after 18, most until age 24-25).

these shows all tend to just have one (token) black girl; imagine how lonely and isolating it feels to be such a visible minority in this experiece that is hyper-focused on appearance. no wonder she had a melt-down! real representation means having the whole group represent the entire population!

Gosh, Tyra would cringe watching this version of her Next Top Model Brand. Thus is the greenest bunch I've seen of this brand. Some countries definitely does thus brand better than others. These girls would be shocked to know what it takes to be a top model in the real world. It's not just about hair and makeup and dress up. It's a business and if a client hires you, pays a ton of money to a model they don't want to see tears, or tantrums. To be fair though, this is their first season so hopefully they will improve over time.

What does a goofy dance have to do with being a model? This was just done to make them look ridiculous. Why not give them catwalk lessons instead.
@mistyrainbow72992 жыл бұрын
That hip-hop, jerky, masculine dance really does not fit these ladylike girls at all! Thank god they all looked ridiculous! However, am fascinated by how many truly beautiful faces they have in this group! And, they don't have one girl who is the nerd or freak like usual! And, Colin is instructive and kind and not so bad to look at himself! All over good show!

Did Tyra Banks, Christie Brinkley.....Niomi Watts, the rest of the top or super models have to do hip hop, play in the wind tunnels. Apparently a real set of games for tv huh?!......and so critical of all the girls. Why do you make the girls look so trashy too? You keep ribbing them about "working the plane" or "sexual poses", then treat this as a serious career......so treat them with a little respect.
