I must ask but are the keepers allowed to wear glove but decided not to, or are they not allowed to wear gloves at all

allowed but it lowers your ability to grab the ball and throw it quickly

Ultimately it comes down to preference, but most futsal goalkeepers like myself prefer no gloves as we can better distribute the ball more effectively. Also, in futsal, we are not expected to catch balls shot from point blank range.
