This is a Nepal Bhasa song. If the natives call it correctly, others will do the same. Otherwise, it will simply confuse the viewers. The natives of Nepal are "Nepami", their language is Nepal Bhasa, their script is Nepal-lipi and their calendar is Nepal Samvat calendar. As these are proper and brand names, it is not necessary to translate them to suit English or any other terms. Some examples are Bahasa Malay, Bahasa Indonesia etc. They do not translate their languages like Indonesia language or Malaysia language. It may be good idea to correct the title of this song. Newari is offensive like the terms such as Pakhe, Bhote, Marsya. Let's avoid these terms!

@@jukebox2568 When there are proper terms, do we need to impose different terms? If we do so, not only outsiders but the insiders will also get confused. Therefore, we should use and promote inherent terms rather than trying to explain in different terms. Can we not confirm the terms such as "Nepami", the original people of Nepal, their language is Nepal Bhasa, their script is Nepal-lipi and their calendar is Nepal Samvat calendar? As these are proper and brand names, it is not necessary to translate them to suit English or any other terms.
