@jardier when you're in the behind view (swingman) you can use the numpad keys to rotate around the car and home/pgup on numpad will zoom in/out. Not quite what you're looking for relative to standing on the track (for that, I park my car on the side of the track in VR and step out of my car 😃) but still very useful for analyzing things that happened in the race.

btw what is your rationale behind wanting to save the battery at the end? because it doesnt give you any extra power, i feel like you already know this,but perhaps forgot? the motor substitutes the power of engine by the map you choose, so if you choose 120kw in the battery map, you subsitute 120k of engine power with the motor. so the only rationale is that youre carrying too much fuel and want to burn it off by lowering the motor map,but then you wouldnt call it saving battery, youd call it "burning fuel by turning down/off motor". but i feel like you know this and instead just forgot about it, we're not in lmp1 days anymore 😅
