*** NOTE If you place your arms over the top of one another touching both your elbows note how hard it is to put your head over the top of your arms it's almost impossible (for most people). Now place your hands over the top of one another then put your head on top, see how much easier and more comfortable it is. Very important so you do not cause injury, though they seem flexible you have to be extremely careful not to tear ligaments which is super easy to do

You’re not using a weight at the bottom to keep from tipping or anything ??

Do you have to swaddle the baby bottom before putting him inside?

I don't do it all the time, but it does make it easier in the positioning process!
