So happy to see that your client is Korean-speaking! Korean CLC here. In Korea pacedbottlefeeding is not known at all and it requires a lot of teaching and increasing awareness!

❤ Wish I knew any of this back when my kids were babies. They were both very small for full term. Then they lost weight waiting for my milk to come in so I panicked and put them on the bottle. I really wish there were lactation specialists around to help me.

Yes! It wasn't until my 3rd child in 2014 that I was told to just let her latch as much as she wants to help the milk come in, that's natural! I thought nothing was working right, but my lactation ladies boosted my confidence!

Thank you for such a helpful video on pacing! How are you able to determine the amount taken at the breast?

We used a scale for pre and post feeding weight at the breast

I never knew until i breastfed my last baby how much work it can be on a newborn, just to nurse! I had to supplement with a teent tube taped to my breast, which led to a bottle of my breastmilk, while nursing her. That way she could get more milk with less work, since she was born 4 weeks early, she needed just a little help.

I totally breastfed my 2nd son. I never used bottles.
