Thats so funny I bought rumparooz and better fit for my nb too and it's working just fine but she was a preemie so now that she's more squirmy I want to try the velcro covers instead, I would probably have bought them to start anyways except that they had some printed ones for $6 so It was cheaper to do that but my baby is 2 months old and only 7lbs on the smallest row of snaps and only one belly snap open which is actually loose like that but it seems more comfy so i do that instead and she just barely grew into these cuz they were so huge at first so I know I'll get a lot more use out of them that I don't mind buying more newborn diapers at 2 months old. I also tried the snappi but after a few days went to trifolding because it was annoying to try to get on when she hated diaper changes. Also maybe it's cuz I bought seconds prefolds but mine are way bigger than yours but the same ones purple infant better fit size but I cut all my prefolds in half to use like an insert and it was a lot less bulky and still worked fine. She was 4lbs 12oz at her smallest weight and while these claimed to fit at 4lbs I didn't find that to be true so I used a mix of disposables and gdiapers my sister gave me until these fit but I love these even more than the disposables cuz my girl leaks so bad from disposables I'd rather snap a whole cover on that I have to wash and hang dry than deal with her dirty clothes, my wet shirt, dirty blankets and swings cuz she's leaking pee and poop from a disposable diaper
