I live on a farm with cattle and when you, Sarah, were talking about nursing it reminded me of what baby calves do to get milk from their MUMS. They butt their head against the mother cow's utter and that makes the milk come down. I also remember back(way back) when I had my last child I nursed and remembered feeling the milk come down sometimes when even I would hear my baby cry. Long story but hope you liked it. Hugs!!

Buy a Nespresso. In NZ Dolce Gusto is the cheap alternative and no one buys it! I drink my cafe black and never had a chai latte in my life (lactose intolerant) but everyone here uses Nespresso instead haha
