This is Football Daily and this is an XI looking at Newcastle United’s potential line-up for next season, should a number of the high profile transfers they have been linked with go through.
We look at whether the South American duo of Edinson Cavani and Philippe Coutinho would sign for the Magpies, and if they can capture Napoli defender Koulibaly. We also look at current members of the squad who will be going nowhere, starting with their exceptional goalkeeper Martin Dúbravka. On his day Danny Rose is a far better defender. Both can be amazing going forward but Williems is definitely not a wonderful defender and is massively prone to switching off and not tracking the player. I cant count how many times hes been left stranded just looking at the ball. We will definitely buy Rose, its unlikely we will buy Williems even at his price tag because he will probably be crocked after 3 knee surgeries in the space of a couple of years, but he loves Newcastle and is total quality going forward so I wouldn't mind taking a punt on him personally.

I don't think Newcastle needs a takeover, they just need to get rid of the massive amount of bad players they have like clark, lejeune, Fernandez, manquillo, colback, atsu and many more who are either in the club or on loan. Bok Bok Liverpool and City are for a fact. The last 2 years they’ve been competing for the title and are juggernauts compared to the rest of the premier league. Leicester has been playing some beautiful football all season and I do think with a bit of money, and a bit of time Newcastle can compete for top 6 or top 4 within 2-3 years after the takeover is finalized.
