Second half was particularly poor from everyone. First half we should have buried our chances. Defending for both goals absolutely shocking. Worst collective performance for a long time. The amount of international breaks we have now is destroying premier league football. It tires players and makes them disjointed when they come back to play for their clubs. I couldn’t work out the in game game plan. We need as a club to be generating sponsorship deals to increase revenue so we can invest in new players to enhance our squad, why is this not happening? Other clubs are doing it, what’s the problem at Newcastle? We have an ageing squad and we have some players who if we want to finish in European places aren’t the players to take us there. Fingers crossed for the weekend.

Isak's agent has did all the talking last few month but nothing from Isak himself i like Isak but there's plenty out there just has good if not better id take Jonathan David over Isak his contract runs out at the end of the season and he's told his club he wont be signing another contract so its who puts in the best offer from him in January and we would be mental not to, if we landed him we could put Isak on one of the wings and big Joel back into midfield our front 3 would be epic. But we all know by now that Howe dont like new faces the less the better in his eyes so ot dont disrupt the group he has now. If he dont get rid of atleast Miggy, Callum and Dubravka in January and bring in 2 new signings its gunna cost us our season and probably his job.

I cannot understand why for this game only, it just seemed we HAD to move the ball up the pitch at 1000 miles per hour. Surely sleepy west ham might have let more chances in had we played slow build and possession a bit more? Or did Howe think Ham were so sleepy we could bang them on the counter and score 15? Kelly is a disaster. If Kelly plays for us,we play one player more less. He can play for Bournemouth or Sheffield,but not for us. eddie got it all wrong with the team sheet, not just that but some of the lads were absolutely shocking tonight, longstaff had a couple of good moments but was missing most of the match, gordon had a couple of flashes but also went missing, Isak had many opportunities to score sitters, and missed by a country mile, kelly was horrendous in there, completely at fault for that first goal, and could argue was at fault for the second by being out of position, dan burn has some blame by getting himself suspended for a match, the list of things goes on, really need to get some stuff sorted out before the next game because this is just ridiculous. well played hammers, got the result and defended well enough, just wish it was a more even contest, don't mind losing if the game was a tight affair with plenty of action etc, but this was not a fun watch.
