i always find it interesting that Han felt so different/alienated when I feel like he's the most relatable member of skz. like even if he's not your bias, i feel like a lot of STAYs see themselves in him. i'm really happy he's happy with his life though and hope he continues to feel that way

It's because he was homeschooled his whole entire life, in Korea and in Malaysia. (Which,fyi, is not where he learned English. He learned English from Chan. Han just has a gift for languages. He's also one of the best Japanese speakers right there with Lino and BangChan. In fact, what he learned in Malaysia was Mayla. He even speaks it sometimes.) Then he went and moved to Korea without his family to take his finals/graduate at 13yo (International age) and then proceeded to join JYPE at not quite 14yo (international) and eventually debut as an idol (at literally 17 YEARS OLD international age). He literally went from almost NO socialization, to being a kpop trainee and IDOL, to being a core member of what is currently the 3rd largest/most FAMOUS kpop group to ever exist. And quite literally have that groups survival depend on him for a few full YEARS there in the early days, too. If that doesn't make anyone feel like an Alien... Nothing truly will.

HAN changed the most out of all Stray kids members. He really went through alot to be where he is now. Like Alot. It took him multiple breaks, anxiety ridden years, personality changes and fights to have this peace of mind. People are still stuck to the old mindset of him being a annoying and teasing guy who fights everyone which isnt the case at all. He used to be like that and now he acts more like a funloving, affectionate and supporting brother to all members. He dotes on all members and members literally need him present to be happier and have energy❤.

I was laughing at all the Hannie cuteness with the cactus and the forgetfulness, and then the shift in conversation caught me off guard. Not in a bad way, I'm just so used to the way of the world of patching up our pain under layers and layers of cracked and corroding band aids, never allowing for healing due to shame? Idk. But again I was reminded why I LOVE Stray Kids! The music is fire, yes, but these people are incredible! Vulnerability is soo scary, and these 20-something year old men push their comfort to the side, choosing to show the things many of us would prefer to hide.. And sweet Hannie with his lyrics.. he's been so strong in presenting himself, even the sides that are worn and tattered.. Gosh. Ahh middle of the day on a Monday is not the time to cry! Hannie I love you so much and ladies, I hope you give yourselves the grace you'd give others so easily! We are all doing our best, and we got this! Fighting! ❤❤

39:44 as soon as I heard that I just imagined how scary that would be for them... and based on how they were talking abt it, mentioning him losing his light around the fan meeting a few months ago, it seemed like it happened more recently when he was a down, so that situation probably really worried them... I'm so happy seeing him so satisfied and bright and how much his members care for him and love him!!

personally i think him missing for a day happened last year, as they talked about that specific scenario during his 2ks episode with seungmin. it's easy to see that part of their conversation in a different light now. but he got sick (caught the flu or something) in the beginning of 2024 and did lose his light for a few months, which they mentioned in his 1kr. he's had ups and downs for a while and i'm so happy that he's finally in a better place these days.

Comparing the first kids' room with the recent one, Han has grown so much, mentally and you can definitely see he's enjoying his life and work right now. That's all we want for all the members. I'm so happy and proud, it's like war is over and nature is reclaiming it's world. Han jisung has found himself. He's no longer carrying any unwanted burden on himself. Whatever made him feel left out has now become his uniqueness. He's the alien we all love 😭❤️

it pains me to think about how much he must have suffered to the point where he decided to disappear, turning off his phone and isolating himself from everyone for an entire day. i’m just so glad now they’re able to talk abt it freely, look back and laugh as it all in the past and the han jisung now is the best version of himself. i hope he never experience negative emotions again :(

In the first 1 Kids Room, he looks so lost and tiny. I think they probably brought up how he had lost his light because we had all noticed and commented on it. I read the 'I talked a lot with the members when I got back' as 'they ripped me a new one for scaring the hell out of them' 😆 Considering his state of mind at the time, I am sure they were out of their minds with worry. This Han is definitely the best Han, and I hope he always finds joy in what he is doing. He certainly gives us plenty of joy. Any time I see a new Instagram clip uploaded, or a new SKZ RECORD dropped, my day is just so much better.

Okey, let me write this down cuz' I feel like I need to share this. Han has been my ult bias for the last few years. He has become such an important person to me that it actually scares me sometimes. I always say he is the male version of me because everything he has said through the years and through content like SKZ Rooms is something I can 100% relate to. Of course, I'm not talented like him but personality-wise, from what he has said and showed on camera speaks so loud to me. Last year, when Jisung was struggling, I was so fucking scared. We have lost many beautiful and kind souls, the korean industry is just so hard on these people... I was anxious. And maybe I was overreacting from time to time but I couldn't help it. 5-Star era was iconic, the album is one of my favorites but thinking about that time makes me want to cry. All I see is him, hiding, trying to act fine so Stays will not worry. It was painful and I'll be forever grateful for the family he found in Stray Kids and for all the staff that are there for him as well. Of course, even the happiest person in the world has bad days. I'm not expecting Jisung to smile and crack jokes all the time because that's just not normal or humanly possible. But even a person who doesn't know him could tell that something was wrong. And I cannot express how proud I am that he didn't let that stop him. I also remember that moment in their fanmeeting when Han cried. He was down at that time and watching his happy self from the past, talking about how he hopes the future Han is still healthy and happy, must had been hard. "What have happened to me? What has changed?" Something like that must have gone through his head, probably? Anyway, I'm glad that he is doing so much better now. This One Kids Room makes me cry. I've seen it a few times already and every time I'm full of emotions. Him finally opening up about his struggles, the members talking so kindly about him, him saying that we don't have to worry anymore... When he said that, it felt like a something huge fell off of my chest. Also, I could listen to SKZ talk about Han all day. I hope he knows how loved and how important role he is playing in the team. Honestly, when he said he's the happiest he has ever been, the "world's best Han", it made me cry like a baby. Because after all those struggles, he found himself. I'm so grateful he chose to be a singer even tho sometimes it must be hard... That he chose to be an inspiration for so many people in the world, me included. It actually makes me think about my situation, makes me want to do better. I've been having a very hard time for the last few months, trying to find a new job because the one I have right now is ruinung my mental health, I'm trying to be active but my depression is usually stronger and I lay in my bad all day and then feel regretful and lazy... I'll really try to do my best in the future and maybe I'll also find the "world's best me" yet. Anyway, super grateful for Stray Kids and Jisung.

Han forgetting the Korean words for parachute and cactus but knowing the English is so funny to me, because those two words i don't think would be super common to learn. I will add, for the recent 1 Kids Room; to all of my younger STAY! I am an elder STAY (elder in that I've 2 grown children, and am 44 years old), everything that you are feeling in your 20s and 30s, while at the time devastating, is perfectly normal!! We (as a society) have some odd notion that we turn 18-20 and are magically grown-ups. We are not. Your grown-ups, were not. We do indeed go through a 2nd puberty (or as I like think of it as, my first 'midlife crisis') and it is daunting but you WILL get through it. I think my most horrifying times were between 26-30. My world didn't really flip upside down, but the sureness I felt in myself, the change in my ideals and just the internal grounding that took place was huge. And that rocked my world and took some time to come to terms with. Much more so than when I was in my teens, because in my eyes "I was an adult" TLDR; Don't ever give up. Change is scary, but with change comes growth. And when you come out of it, you'll be more sure of yourself and the world you want than ever before!! Ask me again in 20 years when I go through another round of midlife crisis haha. But everything HAN went through/has been going through, is def relatable. I'm so happy to still have him on the other side, and that there were so many within his fans and most importantly, his SKZ brothers who gave him the space to be, the arms to welcome him again and just the heart to love him as he is. Those bonds are why I love SKZ, why I love STAY, and why I love the NCR community. 💙

Even though they were all (ish) living together, they are all just so in constant contact. I wonder if in Han’s case maybe he’s been an extrovert all along but his anxiety and insecurities got in the way. He seems much more comfortable with receiving energy from the outside world. I think a lot of Stays can relate to Han since many of us found SKZ during a difficult time. His vulnerability is admirable and I find a lot of comfort in him and his music.

People who have social anxiety are usually overly critical of themselves. They also assume that other people are judging them, too. Having social anxiety disorder is much the same as feeling socially incompetent and believing that other people also see you in that way. 0:07 it's official Tori is my stray kids bias! Honestly I can't wait for you guys to get back into 2kids room but like you guys said they keep releasing new stuff so I will be patient for it. Besides, any content from Bri and Tori is good content in my book! 11:29 I feel the same exact way. I feel like Han and I (from what is shown to me of his personality obviously) are eerily similar to one another. When I look at him I genuinely see myself staring back at me if that makes sense... I think Han made everyone cry in the most recent One Kids Room because we're all just so relieved that he's doing better. Going back to Five Star onward you could really see a decline in his normal behavior and it's genuinely such a relief that he found himself again and is truly working toward being the happiest he can be ❤
