I've walked with God for over 40 years and very tuned into my emotions and circumstances which dictated my level of joy and happiness and how I felt about people. I've been asking God to teach me to learn not to take offense. Thanks so much for this teaching. By God's grace I'm learning to become The love of God. I thought the verse about owing no man anything except love was in reference to living debt free Now that verse just took on a new meaning for me due to this teaching--no one owes me anything. I owe love to God and others. I'm now going to ask God to teach me to remember to BE love because I'm Already loved and accepted. Thank you Dan for explaining this.
