I see a bit of Toyz, yes - similar body type and some similarities in style. But actually I think he's more like Wing (haven't seen Zooty Zoot, so I can't comment on that). But I'd go as far as to say that Phil is even better than both. Can't think of a better b-boy these days, his style, energy and transitions are straight fire and so creative.
