😍Newest SM CITY Mandue City, Cebu || J Center Mall update, October 8,2023

The J center Mall now is on going renovation....
On October 7 I was visited the J center Mall, I'm trying to see the situation of this building is because there is something new will happen in here, number 1 is this mall is owned by SM and as of now it's under renovation, the contractor is changing the art and old design into new one. On the video we can see that the building is destroyed by the excavator, most specially the outside part of the building and landscape. Inside the build there are some area that under renovation the floor, tiles, toilet, glass, doors, wiring, plumbing and other old design that subject to change defending on the plan of architect and engineers in charge.
