Newfoundland COOK UP & FISHING a CANAL FULL of SALMON ! (Capelin, Hot Beverages & Home Made Cakes! )

Fishing the Humber canal & having a CLASSIC Newfoundland style Boil up ( cook up ) as we roast dried capelin , & enjoy some boiled beverages with some home made cakes !

Where did you buy your kettle?

It’s a home made kettle. So simple to make and works better than most store bought kettles. This one in particular is a recycled tomato can , the large one. You take the label off and it’s ready to boil water , we attach rabbit wire at the top to hold as you can see. Very simple to make !
