Home Free. was formed in 2000 by Chris (cowboy hat-baritone that you will see in their videos prior to 2016) & Adam Rupp(beatboxer) in Mankato, Minnesota, when Adam was only 18. Adam is the blonde guy in the middle back. Although Adam sings in this video (which is rare) he is the most incredible beatboxer. You can look up one of his live solo performances. Rob Lundquist(tenor with the beard), another Minnesotan, joined in 2008.The guy who sang first in this video is the beast himself mister Tim Foust (bass- 5-octave range) of Texas. Tim starting subing with them 2010 & joined fulltime in 2012. They met Georgia native Austin Brown(high Tenor) on a cruise ship where they were all working. Austin told them if they ever needed him just call. They did just that & he joined them in January of 2013. In December of 2013 Home Free won the Sing Off. Chris left in 2016 to pursue a solo career and was replaced by Alabama native Adam Chance (baritone- 4-octave range)- formerly of Street Corner Symphony. He is not seen in this video. They call themselves an all-vocal country band but I sort of hate calling them that because people hear the word country and they shut off. they won't even listen to the. But really their music is so much more than country. I like to call it fusion country because of the interesting beats and things they throw into their music. Please react to "Thinking Out Loud / Let's Get It On" and " I can't out run you" by home Free

What fun reaction! I love watching new reactors discover Home Free. Girl, I envy you! You have so many amazing songs and videos to look forward to to see and hear for the first time if you keep watching these guys. I see some of my fellow Home Fries have commented already with some great background information. Good to know is that the founder Chris Rupp, the guy in the cowboy hat, decided to leave the group May 2016 so any songs and videos released after that has a new baritone, Adam Chance (goes by Chance) instead. Fun videos to react to; Thinking Out Loud/Let's Get It On - video was filmed all in one long shot, perfectly orchestrated showing both a story and the guys, really cool Country Fried Pop Medley - A mashup of pop songs How Great Thou Art - holy harmonies! And it's filmed in the Austrian alps (amazing scenery) Blue Ain't Your Color - old fashioned Motown feel and dance moves Butts Remix (Or Butts Medley) - A fun medley with songs about butts, fun video too Fishin' In the Dark/Boondocks - Amazing arrangement and cool video Everything Will Be Ok - follow the story line In The Blood - gripping and beautiful And every other video too, they all have something amazing about it. Have fun and thanks! 😁

Home Free Vocal Band is an accapella group that were pro's for about 10 year BEFORE they won the sing off. Saying they are a country group is....true, but its more that they add a country flair to mainstream stuff with a few pure country songs once in a while. Currently, they did replace a member, but it was on good terms, the guy even helped pick his replacement, so that's the kind of group they are.

These guys are the real deal Definitely country but they can sing everything. Rob (beard guy) has the purest voice. Austin (high tenor) has a lot of soul in his voice, Adam R (beat box) is probably the best beat boxer in the world, Tim is the bass and has a 5 octave range, Chris R (cowboy hat) is Adam Rs brother and founding member has left to do some Indy and other collaborations and has been replaced with Adam C (baritone and bass). Fun vids=Butts Remix, All about that bass and a mashup of 19 songs; churchy talented vids=How Great Thou Art, Amazing Grace, My Church; incredible covers=Mayday, Castle on the Hill, Can’t Stop this Feeling; live fun check out story time with tim and Adam Rupp beatbox solo. Thanks for reacting to Home Free. Definitely check out their arrangement of Do You Hear What I Hear. They mostly do country but also cover some pop. The first singer you heard was Tim Foust; he's the bass and is crazy amazing. The second lead was Austin Brown, high tenor, beautiful voice. The gentleman in the glasses is Rob Lindquist, lead tenor, soulful teddy bear. The man with the cowboy hat is Chris Rupp, baritone, original founder of the group but left in 2016. Gentleman with short blond hair is Adam Rupp, original founder with brother Chris and beatboxer extraordinaire, you won't find anybody better. Please, please react to more of them. Their harmonies are out of this world.

Great reaction!! I truly enjoyed that!!! These guys definitely have a full sound which is hard to do in a capella, but they do it with ease. They cover a lot of songs from all kinds of genres, & on each cover they put their own country spin on it & make it their own!! They have had a lot of the original artists giving them a shout out on FB & Twitter to how well they covered their song (Shakira for Try Everything, Keith Urban for Blue Ain't Your Color, Blake Shelton & Trace Adkins for Hillbilly Bone (fun song!), Dan & Shay for Stop, Drop, & Roll), & the list goes on. They also have several really good originals too. Everything they do is a capella. They've got a "great" sense of humor (killer wit), & are all round entertainers at their sold out concerts. They have several funny & cute videos that show their fun, silly sides too. They have been in the business since 2000, but fame began when they won season 4 of The Sing Off (the year after their good friends PTX won). So they're still up & coming, but gaining more & more popularity now that people are finding them & fall in love with their insane talent, & they're just lovable guys!! It's been a fun journey so far. So, thanks for the reaction!! Loved it! Merry Christmas!

For a serious video, try How Great Thou Art, Do you hear What I Hear (which is guaranteed to blow your mind) or In The Blood. the group has been around for around 18 years. Tim Foust is the guy that started the song. He has an amazing range for a bass. around a 5 octaves worth of range. Austin is the one that finished off the song. He is their high Tenor. Rob has the beard and is mid-range tenor. Adam was in the back and is the beatboxer. Chris was apart of the group but he is on a solo career (Cowboy Hat).

Home Free is definitely country a capella. Founded by Chris Rupp (cowboy hat) and his brother Adam (beatboxer) Chris left the group to pursue a solo career and was replaced by Adam Chance. Rob Lundquist is the beard and Tim Foust the bass. Austin Brown rounds out the group. You should definitely react to their original Any Way The Wind Blows and their covers of In The Blood, Mayday, All About That Bass, Seven Bridges Road, Elvira (with The Oakridge Boys) and God Bless The USA. Also check out their mashup videos Countryfried Pop Medley and Butts Remix to laugh.

You could say that they are the country version of Pentatonix. Please do more reactions of their music. Another great Christmas song is their version of "Do You Hear What I Hear". Absolutely fantastic. Also, there is a great cover of Johnny Cash's "Ring Of Fire " that features Avi from Pentatonix. For some lighthearted fun you can do their "Butts Remix", "Champagne Taste On A Beer Budget" or, in a Christmas vein, "Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer". There are so many other great ones. Are they as good as Pentatonix? Yes. Are they better? Hard to tell. Maybe I am prejudiced but I think that Pentatonix, with Avi, is my favorite of the two. However, I wouldn't argue with anyone whp might disagree.

"Church music" "How Great Though Art"- filmed in the Swiss alps Featured on Peter Hollens "Amazing Grace" Country "Ring of Fire" with Avi Kaplan (PTX) "Elvira" featuring The Oakridge Boys More current "Blue Ain't Your Color"- Keith Urban cover "Mayday"- Cam cover Just for fun "All About the Bass"- Megan Trainor cover "Butts Remix" There are a lot of concert videos on KZbin.
