The 4th-millennium BCE megalithic passage tomb at Newgrange forms an integral part of the UNESCO World Heritage site of Brú na Bóinne. In this talk, we will discuss the people who made this enormous monument over 5,000 years ago - their journey to this place, the incredible efforts they put into the design and construction of the monument, and the archaeological evidence as to its purpose.
