Hey Sam, just checking in. We love your exuberance, kindness and expertise. You are the REAL Deal! ❤ I’m following at least 2 out of 3 tips. I don’t drink enough water and I’m no longer youthful. There’s hope, right?

Since 4c hair is delicate it does better being left alone It sheds hair if there is too much thick products being put on the hair The delicate hair cannot take the weight of the product Products like the thick shea butter Im about half way through the video with you but the Black Jamaican Castor Oil is probably what is growing your hair so long I will bet The Black Haitian Castor Oil is also super growth Only on the scalp because castor oil is thick and sticky and can damage the ends Do you use Chebe It makes the ends skinny too Your hair is beautiful 😊

Hey :) Thank you for sharing how you grow your hair out. Can I ask how often you recommend trimming? You started to say in the video, but moved on to deep conditioning (approx 16:16 mark of video).
@efhawkins198 ай бұрын
As needed. When your twists or braids' ends are very thin, trim that part off. For your hair, that may be 4 wks or longer. If your styles are frizzy after takedowns and you've finish the style, that's a sign to trim. That trim should be no more less than 1/3 of an inch.
@cherelled64198 ай бұрын
@@efhawkins19 thank you x on a side note, I'm visiting Jamaica in August 😊 is it a long trip to your island? I am wondering if I could visit you while I'm on holiday, I would love you to do my hair!! X
