Their company filled suit against MHJ today. They decided to protect their artists against false accusations and badmouthing. Now MHJ will have to prove her claims in court or pay damages. And meanwhile also to explain how was she not copying Jeans, Shackattack and Browneyed girls.

Also, MHJ had no right no legal stance to talk about plagiarism. Especially since ADOR or MHJ aren't owners of intellectual property coming from "designing' these idol groups. Hybe is owner of IP. and Hybe can share it's IP among different artists under Hybe's umbrella if it wants. Only owner of IP decides how it uses and protects its IP and if IP was plagiarised or not. Do you think that MHJ can win in court in plagiarism case against BeLift? I doubt. Also, I'm quite sure that judges will be presented with the evidence how she copied literally everything from (Mexican) Jeans. Much much more than Illit apparently copied from NJ. So if MHJ copied from Mexicans, and Illit copied from copycat MHJ, how do you think MHJ can win this? Illit can copy other Hybe's artists as long as Hybe is okay with sharing it's IP among it's different sub-labels, but MHJ cant copy/steal from Mexicanos without crediting them and asking for permisson. With other words, she needs permission from IP owner. Which she didn't have. Also those megalomaniac words about her being so original and innovative...bruh, now we can all openly laugh to her copycat face.

It’s too bad NJ’s future is now negatively tainted after all their hard work due to their CEO’s poor character and doings. She has brought chaos and financial loss to the hand that fed her. NJ’s parents may have started this mess but Min capitalized on this opportunity to take NJ’s for herself after years of being financially dependent on HYBE. These girls don’t deserve this but they have now fallen into the mess that may not pan out in their favor.
