This is Min Heejin's group, she was the artistic director at SM responsible for most of f(x) and Red Velvet's concepts, and some SNSD, SHINee and EXO as well. Some of the most creative albums and mvs were her brainchilds so when she quit SM and Hybe gave her free reign to build her own girl group from the ground up lots of people were very interested in what the result would be!

This is such a weird yet cool way to debut a group. I just hope they get the attention, no pun intended, they deserve considering the surprise release because I just checked and the video is only at 1 mil views... it’s too good of a song to fly under the radar. Like I feel like they perform like trainees almost ready to debut… like another 6-12 months training will get them so much more polished…. Not really you can see these girls have presense and the funniest part is hyein literally has the strongest charisma. They are ready is just that unlike other groups today their makeup is natural and doesn't try to age them. They look very natural and their actual age. Hyein is the maknae and minji the second oldest has 3+years of training since she was already part of the lineup in 2019 when auditions for the group took place
