And sure, if you're talented then gladly show it, but putting fourteen-year-olds on a stage and in the public eye after robbing them of their childhood by training them for years previously is still wrong. Kpop is an industry, and being an Idol is a job. Of course, it would be easy to say "Let's just pressure the companies into treating them well", but that's basically impossible. The whole base, the reason for the success of Kpop is sexualising the singers and making a tradeable item out of them, while creating a kind of perfection that's impossible to actually obtain. So if you'd want to rid Kpop of dangerous diets, sexualising of Idols and impossible beauty standards you'd rid Kpop of itself, basically. And even if that all wasn't a thing then being in the spotlight, on stages and under constant critic would still be absolutely unhealthy especially for teenagers in their most insecure phase of life. Also, they're already debuted and under a company, pressuring Hybe now won't help much anymore I'm afraid.
