What is MAIN DANCER material? Some bias stan claims that when their bias act cute and sexy and pull off some wavy move then she can be "main dancer". I literally choked at it! Dance is mostly about MOVEMENT, and facial expression is a part of dancing, NOT all. If being sexy and doing well at wavy moves mean "Best dancer" then Jennie Blackpink is a better dancer than Lisa. So I want to end the argument who is the BEST DANCER in Newjeans: THAT IS HAERIN without a second of doubt.

1:02 and 2:02 The killing parts show how Haerin excells at sharp and eye catching movements. She really shows incredible footwork and comes across as an ice cold dancing machine. 0:17 I also like her sense of rhythm in this part. Really sets the mood for the rest of the song since it starts out slowly. 0:32 1:08 Hyein has really powerful moves and her height really contributes to the grand movements. Really impressive how she dances as well as her other members at this age. Fav part: where she moves to the front @1:43 1:43 1:59 The same applies to Minji and both of them give the formation a sense of stability and a strong core. That's the reason why they're getting similiar parts where they raise/swing their arms in the air. 3:02 this part also radiates boss aura to me. 1:40 Danielle has this specific way of moving really fluidly and quirky. I can't explain how but she had similiar movements in Cookie as well (2:21 in the official Cookie MV if you're curious) Also at 2:42 the way she moves also looks really satisfying. 0:45 Hanni is great at isolations and she makes it looks like she has a built in stabilizer (like a chicken). Also the chorus fits her so well because of her facial expressions and her sassy on-stage acting. I just can't get the chorus out of my head. 1:25 this part followed by the isolation looks awesome. Overall I think since this comeback the difficulty level has considerably risen. This has become my favourite choreo and I noticed that each part assigned to the members fits their personality, physique and skillsets incredibly well. Actually that applies for their singing, too.

i love it when they know they are in skirts or dresses they tweak the choreopgraph just a bit to avoid wardrobe malfuntions. MHJ knows how to manage her group and the choreapgrapher definitely allows NewJeans to be creative with it too. A process of living learning and knowing your global audience makes a good business practice and invites more creative freedom.

I was a little surprised by the choice of the atmosphere in the shooting room which was like the afternoon getting darker towards the night, this really gives a different impression, it's very nostalgic, it's like giving the vibes when school is over(after school) and the situation at school was no one, because they all returned to their homes. but you are still inside hanging around the school building with your friends and having fun, and it's a bit strange (in a good ways) to see you dancing in a dark room.

They say hanni is the main dancer but i really can't see it nmw. Yeah she's decent but i find haerin's dancing more appealing. Idk if it's hanni's short limbs that's why some movements doesn't look good on her or she has difficulty executing them and some parts where she's slouching and doesn't look nice but that's what i notice. She has the stage presence but technicality wise, it's haerin.

it's her short stature. With that said, she's still cute as heck and a talented dancer. And to be fair, in the grand scheme of things, all the girls are way more talented than their counterparts, but within the group itself, they're almost all so perfect that it's easy to pick apart stuff. I agree tho, Haerin's body proportions showcase the dance moves better sometimes, but all in all, the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
