About how they collabed with the Powerpuff Girls, Warner Bros. personally approached NewJeans for a collaboration with the Powerpuff Girls last year for the 25th anniversary of the cartoon. They gave them the rights and sponsorship. And the collab is still active. With Right Now, as this is their Japanese debut, they also collabed with legendary Japanese artist Takashi Murakami. He is responsabile for the numerous animations and drawings in the MV. His famous rainbow flower trademark appears many times in the video. He is also known as the designer of Kanye’s ‘Graduation’ album artwork!

its more akin to drum and bass or jungle... uk garage shares similarities but isnt atypically this fast.... for example 'cool with you' and 'new jeans' are pure uk garage and supershy is uk garage with elements of drum and bass.... but those 3 being predominantly uk garge are about half the speed of jungle..

Bubble Gum has a chill vibe city pop in to it so Japanese single might help balance that. Hanni try to ask her crush out for movie and all the members support her to sent the messages but the guys sent flower which later he said 'accidentally press sent' at the end Hanni was really disappointed but the guy may have say yes at the end but took to long to type lol

Amen Break is a quintessential drum loop, especially in Drum&Bass music. Surprised you didn't know

Reason alot of ppl don't like Bubblegum is cause based on all NJ songs....it has more of a Electronic UK Garage beat....abit fast pace (not as fast as Right Now) so typical listeners can't adapt to a very slow vibes of the song. Probably?😅
