Thank you. As Patrick said in this video. Everything in van life takes extra effort. It's not really work if you love what you're doing. A house takes ten times more upkeep than an apartment, yet people still own them and don't mind the extra work. In the end, I think it's a matter of perspective. Rick.

@@RickBeall-b3w I so agree !!! People need to realize that traveling in a Class B van has limited space, ... but how one deals with that space, makes it a home ... one has to tailor it to that one's personal needs, wants ... and like you had said in the video, you live "out of the van" more than your time inside it 👌👍😁 ... Well thought out sir !!!

One thing I like is he tells us how tall he is. It's hard to know in videos how tall someone is. I think anyone dealing with anything to do with "sizes" in general -- van life, sailing life et al -- should tell the viewer how tall they are in every single video. Not at the beginning but at some point in the video. And you'd have to do it with all videos because you never know if the person watching is a first time viewer. The other alternative is to put it in the description but not everyone is like me and reads that. Best to just put it in the video. This is important information because I'm a tall (6'5") guy and overweight as well. So this information crucial for someone like me, especially in smaller builds like this one. (With the guy saying he's 5'5", I think this would be too cramped for me.)

For an old timer, Rick has a lot of technology up his sleeve, ha ha ha! Marvelous. I learned so much tech stuff and I work in Tech. He knows his gadgets. Love the handmade wood hooks, love the fireplace! So cozy. Love the Optimus tracking system and camera angles for safety. Indispensable. Faux Ostrich looks fabulous on the door. Texture is everything. It is visual terrain. The van is very artistic despite being functional and streamlined. Beautiful wood details. Redneck floor radiant heating - Electric blanket. Genius! Huge water tanks - every woman's dream for cooking and showering. I like those rear louvers on the window, keeps the glare and heat out and makes for a cool bedroom space. I must get some for the RV. FYI - FAUX leather (French for false leather) pronounced FO. X is silent in French. I would not rig up my faucets like that. Its nice to have a faucet as a design feature and not risk having water next to electric units. In an accident, it may break. However, you do save counter space. Lovely tour of an imaginative loaded van built by a creative genius, many thanks Patrick and Rick!
