So finally I did stitch this coat collar kurti. I did make my first mistake by stitching the collar fabric all over the other side. Then I had to undo by picking the stitches. Once that was corrected, and partially stitched the collar, I realized the neck was small and wouldn't go over my head. This time I removed the stitches and then once the neckline was increased, the kurti came out the way you have shown. If it was possible I would upload the picture. Thanks for sharing your sewing method. I appreciate it.
