+Jose Martinez Htial is Canadian. Apparently in Canada, they sell powdered Milk instead of what they usually sell in the U.S. So Johnny and the other boys in nL kinda poke fun at him because of it and I guess he kind of adopted the title "Milk Man", since the rest usually have a title of "___ Man". (Johnny is Tank Man, Duel is Duely Man, Slip is Slip Man, etc.)
