Permit is not needed, however you must not fly your drone within the boundaries of Maynilad and Dam Reservoir.

Hello po. I've actually searched na after sumakay ng bus pa SM fairview, pwede bumaba sa Winston St or sa Pearl Drive. Ask ko lang po ano mas malapit or ideal babaan between the two. Or ano mas ideal na lakarin papuntang La Mesa Eco Park? Thank you po!

if you are taking a bus, it's better to drop on the intersection near Pearl Drive. It's roughly 1.5km walk from the entrance of Eco Park. Your other Option is to ride a tricycle located at Pearl Drive, just say you'll go to La Mesa Eco Park.

You'll get a confirmation from JotForm, we waited 1 day to get a confirmation from them. The best area to take pictures is the Picnic Area 18:48

I also recommend to wait until the Phase 2 of Ecopark is Open. the Phase 2 of Ecopark is still under renovation and is expected to open in 2nd Quarter of 2025. The Phase 2 includes the DAM Stairway, Butterfly Garden, Picnic area extension, Amphitheater, and Lagoon

​@@philspaseo2377 They aren't strict with the time actually. Just explain to them you didn't get a confirmation from them and they'll understand. Just provide a screenshot that you indeed filed a Reservation form.
