Hey everyone welcome back to another video! Today I am super excited we are in Wixom Michigan at General RV Head Quarters to show you the BEST RVs that we have to offer! So, look at that....finally a double kitchen sink with an "aqua divide" center. This is so you can fit full pans with handle in the sink. Impressive. Still like a single bowl but aqua divide sink is better than a full double sink!!

Andrea, we are having that Eurobooth pulled out and replaced…the table height is so high that many of us need to sit on a cushion just to be comfortable at the table. As to seating 2, it pulls out with multiple leaves and 2 additional folding chairs. One more comment on the pull up desk for the passenger seat…when you swivel the seat around, that desk arm sticks out into the aisle. We had it removed so we wouldn’t keep knocking into it going in and out. 🙄

Matt, That style of half-bathroom door is needed so that one can open it with the slides in. A standard door hinge system wouldn’t allow for the door to open much which would render that bathroom useless with the slides in.

And it’s fine until you start getting locked inside…ask me how we know! Our half bath in the 2022 is now out of use until an August factory appointment!

Two large TV in small area is not needed. Get rid of the TV in the cockpit area. I don't like the light colored (white?) furniture at all. If you have kids, pets or a sloppy husband the light color will show every little blemish. Love the kitchen and pantries! Don't mind the small bathroom in back although I do wish the shower was larger and 2 sinks are not needed in this bath. I agree with Matt about the half bath door, pocket door would have been better. Love all the storage everywhere!

Beautiful paint job. Likes: ccc, interior colors for cabinets and furniture, tv on lift,flooring, kitchen, Dislikes: entry door in front of passenger seat, lack of use with slides in (deal breaker), and the two sinks in the bathroom are small.

Amazing motorhome, especially for the price. Well done Newmar! I was racking my brain for three dislikes and I agreed with what you guys came up with and I would throw this out as a possible suggestion: It seems to me these types of motorhome are really meant for retiree couples who are traveling alone or in groups. I'm not sure a two bathroom unit is really needed all the time. The one thing this motorhome could have used, as Andrea pointed out, is a better closet. So, maybe turn the small bathroom into a walk-in closet. Give it a pocket door from the bedroom and the blank wall space in the hallway could just have a piece of artwork....or not. Lastly, one big like for me is nothing on this coach is Ford. Sorry Ford fans, I grew up Ford and my grandfather worked for Ford, but lately their products are garbage. Just look at the horror stories online of Ford RV chassis and engine recalls and people can't find anyone to service their rig.

The up to date but not tooo just for today trendy at half a million is so nice. I love the combo of now colors that are lighter and not all grey, all white or all taupe..a perfect today mix still blending calmly.....and just a notch down to some classic little details...love the pretty kitchen faucet...over black angular ones..sigh...it would be so much fun to go a few tiny ways for just a few pieces to glue down somehow removable in there and you would feel like you were in a new Marathon or Newell or whatever is very top level in Newmar...Kingaire? Mountain Air? Thanks you guys stay warm.

This is beautiful! IMO, the lighting on the slides are the "Art Deco" part, as well as the ceiling light.

When you have people with toilet issues....Chrons disease to be specific, you'll thank the lord of Rv makers who thought of that 1/2 rest room. Trust me it ain't easy.

I wouldn’t want Will to test that shower. Love all the storage-very nice unit. $500k, though….ouch. Also, I’m trying to figure out why 3 TV’s. One facing the sofa, one in the bedroom, but why the one in the cockpit?

We just bought a new 2022 Newmar Ventana from a dealer, not General sorry but I can attest, Newmar makes a quality product far better than our 2021 Fleetwood we traded in.

I don't think that shower would've passed Wil's Tall Test. I liked the under cabinet lighting in the half bath. Very pretty. I'd want to option the wine fridge for storage. Overall it's beautiful.

Love the twin pantries..unit should have a full width closet in rear bath....also...remove one of the slide trays...otherwise you lose about 3 inches of height between floor and chassis rail....other than that....beautiful RV

I wouldn't fit in that Half Bath, just get rid of it and put Stackable washer dryer in there and use extra space for bigger shower and walk-in storage .

I don't like how you two struggled to open some of the slide out drawers. I don't like the too small master bath. Shouldn't the master bath toilet be in its own room. I like the exterior electric cord windup wheel. I don't like not hearing the diesel horn. (Aaaaamerica!!) I don't like the the placement of the televator button; it ought to be by the theater seats. I would like it to be mine!

Hi Matt and Andrea! My dislikes are and it was hard to pick but I don’t like the door fir the half bath, and the master bath the wardrobe should be just a a tad bigger. That’s all my dislikes . My loves are the outdoor paint job and the fact it has a working station on the passenger side. Love the kitchen. Love the pull out pantry. The wine cooler. The outside slide out trays. Everything else it’s all perfect. It’s a very nice motorhome. Thank you Matt and Andrea!

Love Newmar, but for $700k +++ when the cock pit screen(s) is the same size as my 2018 car and the A/C, heat knobs look like something from a 1995 for ranger just doesn’t sit well. The other item that i scratch my head is the front cap. Just looks so blah.

The shower is too small and the rear turlet is too tight for my comfort. The sink in the 1/2 bath, not practical, but looks nice. Entry into the 1/2 bath, to tight. Front end of this bus is money.

A three quarter of a million dollar motorhome and the obsession with “storage” is crazy. This unit is a beast requiring a mechanical/electrical wizard to keep everything functioning. Aside from the acquisition cost, the annual budget to keep this home running would be at least 10% or probably more of the initial monetary “investment”. This home would not be for the faint of mechanical knowledge nor lack of an incredibly large “discretionary fun fund” of monetary resources.

Nice coach ! #1-Dislike ; The dash looks unfinished and CHEAP AS. Why is it not finished in a half million dollar RV #2-Dislike ; Toilet paper holders in the Most awkward position . #3- Dislike ; Outside TV , should be in the #4bay in front of the pegboard cover from the water tank. That would give you at least 8 more inches of walking room in the coach when slides closed. Like #1 ; TV opposing the recliners Like #2 ; FLUSH SLIDES and No Carpet Like#3 ; Would like too have more shower space , AND NO cupboard that is beside it. CHEERS AND SAFE TRAVELS Steve h.
