Hmmmm...I "see" you Newmark -- I really like the exterior aesthetic and that interior courtyard setting was delightful. I like this builder's offering -- very well laid and planned. The staging and interior finishes were nicely done also -- form and function came together nicely.....but Cypress (aka Planet Pluto)??? Does Newmark have any developments in the city? (I looked but didn't see anything). This one is too large for single me -- I don't need 4.5 bathrooms! LOL!

I believe they have a build on your lot program but these builders don’t develop in the city. Land costs too much. Houses like these are gonna come with a commute. And Cmon now. You think Cypress is far?! Lol
