But how to set the MTTR & MTBF target for hole factory machine like * 30 CNC MACHINES * 20 Assy machines * 10 utility machines Please make a video for MTTR and MTBF target set or MTTR and MTBF calculation for multiple machines

Hi Arun, you have to take target from average value of each category machines. That is the common method for fixing and following MTTR & MTBF

Question: what is when process capability is 1? Answer: when process capability ratio, Cp = 1, i.e., the process variation is 100% out of 100% Total variation, Cp = ((USL-LSL)/6sigma) i.e., Cp = Total variation/process variation. Cp=100%/100%=1 Therefore, the process is not capable
