My wonderful counsellor taught me that 'two things can be true/ there's two sides to the coin'... you can be happy and still be grieving, you can be continuously healing, strong and yet still fall apart, it's OK not to be OK, practise gratitude for where you are and what goodness you have, even on the worse day. I lost My Mom August 31 2022 and this song hits home for sure. We lost my Dad in 2020 I now know exactly what my Mom felt the day she told me she was an adult orphan.
