Anything that moves things away from proprietary methods is good in my book. Those ribbon cables can be found easily on Amazon or eBay. Raspberry pi + FM receiver + HDMI display = custom stereo for cars

Hopefully you put those eye spi connectors on the store at some point, I can imagine them being pretty handy for embedding in projects/products. A lot lower profile than soldered headers. Hopefully others start using them too 😁

Supernice fonts thanks to... who? Which font is it? Looks like Futura, right?

They wrote a tool called Adafruit Pinguin (to label pins) that replaces Eagle standard fonts with rasterizations of TTF fonts. I'm not sure what font they're actually using.

Have you considered making a Feather with the EyeSpi connector onboard?

I'm pretty sure that's the plan, they're just working up to that point, starting with the breakout board. They've talked about it quite a bit on and off in the Sunday streams over the past few months
