There’s definitely telltale signs that it used to be an AOCL (Automatic Open Crossing Locally monitored) crossing, because the yodelarms stopped once the train was (almost) cleared of the crossing yet the barriers remained down for a little longer and the lights flashed. This seems to be an AOCL+B (barriers) crossing.
