The body Charles transferred his consciousness into at the end of The Last Stand was his brain-dead twin brother - thus, he continues to look exactly like Charles. The only thing not really explained was why he still needed a wheelchair, but I suppose that could be explained by the fact the brother's body was bed-ridden his entire life since he was born without a consciousness. Charles mental abilities were so strong he wiped his twin's mind in the womb.

I think the Patrick Stewart appearance in the airport, whilst confusing at the time because of the timeline, can kinda be explained with some form of mental projection. Sure, his consciousness might not be in a body that looks like him, but with how strong Professor X is, it's not hard to assume he could just be using a mental projection of himself, at least to Logan (and the characters we see in DoFP before the timeline change) so they can understand it all easier.

I enjoy this movie alot more than I should, proabably the most rewatched between the 3xWolvie movies (and X-men, sans DoFP). I really liked the solo story aspect and while some of the dialogue was wonky, still liked his relationships with Yukio, Mariko, and Japan. You're right, it's criminal how underutilized Hiroyuki S. is used, I admire his acting and presence. Also, very good in 47 Ronin.

I believe that the airport scene is a timeline split where two apocalyptic event's happen. The one where we see in the event's in Day's of future past. And the others we see in Logan. I believe the sentinel program change to incorporate the tech into humans making them sentinels while doping the Mutant cure into the food supply slowly to weaken the mutants and x gene. getting rid of people's powers and making there bodies incompatible thus makes it easier to kill them. On top of that it makes sense why Professor X develop the condition due to his mind not being is own and effects of the cure destroying his Brain.

18:57 - The last of the original bullet train fleet was retired in 2008; the name doesn't really fit the later models of shinkansen because they don't have the rounded ends. Maybe the 100 and 200 series would qualify, but they were also gone by 2013.

Assuming the rumor mentioned at the end is true that Rila will be returning as older Yukio in Deadpool 3, it's not as impossible as you may think. Due to it being a Multiverse movie it could easily be a Yukio from an Earth different than the one Deadpool is from. Not to mention most things from what I see have the Wolverine taking place in Earth-10005, the same Earth as the first 3 X-Men films and everything prior to the DoFP "reboot" and the Deadpool movies taking place on Earth-TRN414, the same Earth as everything post-DoFP, excluding some of the time travel/Multiverse stuff in Deadpool 2 and arguably excluding Logan. All that to say as far as the fans and the Marvel Multiverse and such itself is concerned the Yukio in Deadpool and the Yukio in the Wolverine are 2 different Variants from across the Multiverse. I also like that you included the mention of what most agree Yukio's prophecy about Logan was meaning, that being the ending of the Logan movie. I was curious if you were going to include it here or hold off on it until the Logan rewatch, or perhaps both.

Professor X transferred his consciousness into his twin brother's body, it wasn't a clone. He was born with low brain functions, so basically Professor X had an identical spare body just incase. Since his twin brother was bedridden his whole life, he had muscle dystrophy, which is why Professor X had to use a wheelchair again. This is pretty comic accurate, like you mentioned in the video, Professor X was transferring his mind to clone bodies and stuff. He also has a twin sister in the comics. The reason Wolverine has metal claws in Days of future past is because Magneto reforged them. They were fighting sentinels so Wolverine had to be at his best.
