News conference: Registered sex offender from Brevard County arrested (March 08, 2024)

Sheriff Grady Judd and the Winter Haven Police Department Deputy Chief Vance Monroe are giving details about the arrest of a registered sex offender from Brevard County who has been lurking around the Winter Haven area, approaching children and exposing himself. So far he has been charged with attempted kidnapping, lewd and lascivious exhibition, and indecent exposure.
