Live or video depending on your intention. Live's offer interaction and spontaneous education and insight; vids can be more focused and targeted. I think a mix is the best in my humble opinion. BTW, a lightbulb went of in me after I saw the bit that Leverage moves markets as I can now understand this to mean that attractive liquidity is created for the MM to go after when retail creates levered orders in focused zones.
