@@Sleepy.Time. Riders outside the top 10-15 will be too slow to even compete at this level. Look the AMA 450, outside the top 15 there are 25 riders that shouldn't be here, they are 5 to 15 seconds slower per lap. If there was 40 riders worthy of being at a MXGP race they would be there...

If that's "nothing" for you as a couch expert - then you should try to understand the high level at which this sport is now taking place. Factory support for talented drivers - with both first-class technical, logistical and support background is decided by experienced specialists and is always good for at least 3 to 5 places "further up". For you, of course, it is incomprehensible why Yamaha chose Raisulis, for example - even though he had no points in MX2 yet. The evaluation criteria for this are not the number of points achieved so far. And for you personally: Your argument is stupid and ill-considered. No respect for haters like you!

Those GP’s are terrible. There’s like 5 good tracks in the schedule, all of the other ones are literally soulless. Gates are empty, no crowd, no excitement at all. This is a world championship ? What a shame. The American series are a thousand times better. Those gp riders should all go and ride there, at least they’ll be treated at their right value there. Shame on mxgp, what a shitty serie it had become…

nah. the MX series in the US is hurting. SX has a 20-rider gate but has more teams compete b/c it's significantly less costly and pays more money. pretty much everyone at the ama nationals from positions 20-40 are locals and wannabes that never scored a point (p20?) in a national moto. it is better than MXGP. I'm only saying that AMA MX Nationals are struggling in their own way to get rider participation. Crowds are significant though, and the tracks (while maybe nothing like the classic EU tracks) are all legit with elevation changes and jumps.

china is basically the other side of the world for everyone (EU, NA, SA). it's really only close for AU. so the only riders traveling are the ones on factory teams. it's dumb. they must be getting bankrolled by some chinese government program. it's the same thing with the WSX series in Abu Dhabi. they hold it in a tiny arena b/c that's the new arena that the Abu Dhabi leaders/govt wanted to show off...even though it was way too small and made no sense for a SX race. the same is true of the LIV golf series. Saudi Sovereign Wealth fund subsidizes it. it's a massive money sink, but it results in a lot of publicity and prominence on the world stage. basically, the organizers (FIM) are getting paid to hold events at these places that are not really equipped, nor have the popular support (fans/riders) to sustain it without being propped up by outside sources (like the aforementioned wealth fund).

What in gods name possesses someone to book this round. So many other amazing tracks to choose from. The track sucked the weather sucked there was no one in attendance. There were 19 guys in the gate including 2 local riders that got lapped at the 26 minute mark that looked like they had never been on a dirt bike . Completely ridiculous.

C'est vrai qu'on a l'impression que les organisateurs essayent juste de tirer le max de pognon des annonceurs et participations des usines et travaillent à court terme comme l'économie mondiale actuelle . On prend , on siphonne et puis on jette . Ces gens ne connaissent rien au motocross et il devrait être obligatoire qu'un circuit ait au minimum 200 mètres de dénivelé positif . Des collines et des montagnes , il y en a pourtant partout .

Almost beyond belief how disappointing the current state of world mx is after where it was 15 years ago all those guys worked so hard from the early days 70s and on to build a truly credible world series for us and it was epic !! now organisers are letting this happen . so many years of taking the money and investing nothing in the preservation of the sport should be thoroughly ashamed for doing nothing to protect our sport at grass root level . An epicly fast, overpriced club meeting in a backwards country where no one cares. More ex GP guys rode ex GP tracks on 20yr old two-strokes in the uk this year then ride this entire series, how embarrassing .
