I think it's B because Sana'a is Yemen's capital & Sabz Koh is a place in Pakistan, Balochistan region where missiles were fired by Iran. Sarwan I am not sure but, there is a Sarawan in Balochistan while there is Saravan in Iran. Not able to locate. 😢
